Kampung Dato is a freehold village sited in the western bank of Sibu, Sarawak. It was one of the earliest Malay town settlements in Sibu and the majority of houses here are single storey detached houses, characteristic of a true “kampung”. The roads are paved but would sometimes have undulations.
