Laman Glenmarie is a development by Glenmarie Properties, a wholly own subsidiary developer of DRB-HICOM located in Saujana, Shah Alam. The three phases of the project, namely Akasia, Banksia and Adenium, have been completed in October 2013. The development sits on a freehold land and aims to target mid to high-end residents.
All of the units face different directions due to the use of angular styling by the developers. Some units have 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms while those with 3 floors come with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Built-up sizes range between 2,429 to 4,168 sf.

Laman Glenmarie is easily accessible with network of highways such as New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Federal Highway, North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and New Guthrie Corridor Expressway.
