i-Parc3, a semi-detached business plant located in Bukit Jelutongt is the newest addition in the series of i-Parcmunder Mah Sing’s Premier Lifestyle Factories project.
It was launched after the fruitful project, namely i-Parc1 and i-Parc2 whereby i-Parc Series is established by the respected contractor, Mah Sing Group. i-Parc3 is designed around a current cubic design which boasts the 4-in-1, a idea that integrates office, showroom, factory and warehouse under one roof and it is just 2km away from i-Parc1.
There are a sum of 25 units of 3-storey semi-detached plant constructed within i-Parc3 collection. The factories are erected on a land spanning 11.92 acres and each unit has land sizes from 7,920 sf and built-in areas from 5,339 sf. There are three kinds to select from: type A with 5,339 sf lot size, type B with 6,500 sf lot size and type C with 7,621 sf of land size.
Similar to its precursors, i-Parc3’s electrical structures comprise 150 amp power supply, lighting and power points, motorized roller shutter power point, auto gate point not to mention compound lighting. Likewise, there are extra features such as cold water piping, smoke detector, break glass & alarm bell, and fire extinguisher. However, only type B and C is equipped with singular lift system with 1.5 ton capacity.
In terms of convenience, i-Parc3 is functioned by widespread network of highways and Guthrie Corridor Highway is one of such highways located around 2km away. ELITE Highway, Federal Highway and North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) are roughly 3.5km, 4km and 4.5km away respectively. KESAS Highway and Damansara-Puchong Highway are approximately 7km and 11km away through Persiaran Jubli Perak and NKVE respectively. In addition to that, i-Parc3 is also reachable via Jalan Subang Lama.
