Taman Raintree is a high end housing area which is made up of condominium, apartment and townhouse sited within a 26.15 acrea leasehold land in Batu Caves. This enclave is procured by Ratus Bayan, a wholly-subsidiary of Impiana Land & Development Group. The first residential development is Angsana Apartment, a low density apartment with a total of only 260 units. Each unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sized at 850 sf. Angsana was finished in August 2009 and launched from RM92,100. Next, the townhouse development is named Ariza Garden Villa and it consists 96 units within a gated and guarded community surrounding. Each unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 types of units are available, differing in terms of land area. The 24×86 land area units are launched from RM203,000 and consist 32 units whereas the latter features 64 units and their prices start from RM243,980 onwards. The first condominium constructed in the area is Meranti and it was finished in December 2010. A high-density condominium with a sum of 684 units, its built-ups range between 926 sf and 1,227 sf and comes in 3 layout designs. The price of Meranti is between RM145,000 to RM182,000 and full facilities are provided. Semarak offers condominiums with similar built-up sizes as Meranti but with a lesser total of 342 units. There are 3 types to choose with their size varies from 926 sf to 1,206 sf. Semarak houses modern condominium facilities viz. Jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, steam bath, special water features swimming pool and BBQ area among others. Penaga, the last project within Taman Raintree was on-sale right after Semarak almost sold-out.
