Section 10 is a residential enclave located within the developing neighborhood of Shah Alam. This section is but one of the many sections within Shah Alam, such as Section 1 to Section 24, as well as many other similar developments such as Subang Alam, Taman Sri Muda, and Taman Tadisma.
The enclave of Section 10 comprises of predominantly residential developments ranging from single-storey terrace / link houses, townhouses, and even several apartments. Terrace / link houses usually comes with 3 – 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms while apartments typically have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Moreover, Giant hypermarket can be found within short driving distances as well.
Being situated in between Subang Jaya and Kota Damansara, not only are amenities easily available, there are quite a number of schools nearby as well. To begin with, schools within close proximity includes Sekolah Seri Cahaya, SJKC Kampung Subang, Smk Subang and SJKC Kampung Subang – all of which are within a 4km radius. On the other hand, higher educational institutions such as Inti College, Taylor’s College, Metropolitan College, Segi College and KBU College can all be accessed within 15-minute driving distances.
The main road leading towards the enclave of Section 10 is known as Persiaran Kayangan, which is directly linked to Federal highway. Traveling to and fro the enclave is rendered a breezy experience with the multitude of highway serving the commuters. Gunthrie Expressway, NKVE and Baru Lembah Klang highway are among the few major highways that effectively connect commuters to other neighborhoods.
