- Real estate broker lets prospective buyers view $1m home on roller coaster
A real estate company looking to sell a $1-million home that has been on the market for six months decided to build a mini roller coaster in and around the house to engage prospective buyers, AOL reported.
Dutch broker, Verder met Wonen, posted a video on YouTube with the desciption saying visitors got a "very special tour" around the home in Ermelo, Netherlands. The 90-second clip has attracted more than 680,000 views since it was posted on NovOne at a time, they get into an individualised car which is given a little push.
The roller coaster ride begins in the garage below before heading up to where the kitchen and living room are and out on to the verandah.
The viewing continues into the bedrooms on the upper floor, after which visitors experience a final drop into the garden.
While riding a roller coaster may not be the most leisurely way to examine a home, the Daily Mail commented its "absolutely ingenious".
